Runtime is the total amount of time that your bots can run per month. The available runtime varies from tier to tier. Unused runtime does not carry over to the next month. Note: free trial runtime does not renew.
We limit the maximum duration of each bot run to ensure cloud resource availability.
Yes! When running your automation in the cloud, any processed data is not stored. When running your automation on your local PC, this data never leaves your PC. At no point do we store run data or share it with others. We store your account details, settings and automation configuration, and run reports.
Axiom.ai is designed to be used as a no-code automation solution. Functionality can be extended with code, however, this is optional and all features are available without needing code.
Yes! Pro and higher tiers can make use of our API, Zapier, and Make integrations to manage and send data to and from their automations.

No, only successful runs count. That means you can test a bot as much as you want until it works.
Yes, automations can be run in the cloud, or locally using the desktop application. Automations triggered by the API or an integration will run in the cloud by default.
The desktop application is optional, but is required to allow automations to handle files.
We may be able to offer custom plans in instances where the Ultimate tier is not sufficient. We are not able to offer custom plans for lower tiers. Contact us for more details.

Open the Axiom.ai extension, click "change plan" and select the plan you wish to change to. Note: you can not revert to the free trial as this is not a plan.
We do not currently allow for subscriptions to be paused, however, you can cancel your subscription and re-activate it at a later date - we won't delete your data unless you explicitly request it, or delete your account.
